Monday Morning with Viking River Cruises 5/2/11

Spring is still in the air! This is one of my favorite times of the year right there next to the college football season. The trees have their leaves on, the grass is green and the weather is just perfect. My garden is already planted and things are actually growing. I planted peppers, garlic, onions, potatoes, fennel, shallots, tomatoes, eggplant, lettuce and radishes. If everything produces I will be very happy. This week has been very tragic with all of the storms and tornadoes that have gone from Texas through the south. My thoughts and prayers go out to those families who have lost a loved one, their home or business during these terrible storms. I pray for your comfort and healing during this time.
